IEEE Honors the People Behind Everyday Technologies

Think of your average day. You go to work, visit some Web sites, send
e-mails from your BlackBerry, and go home and watch TV. But do you
ever wonder about the people behind the devices you use every day?
Some of the brains behind these popular technologies were recognized at
this year's IEEE Honors Ceremony in September at the Quebec City

And what a nice idea to host this event in Quebec City which is maybe the Florence of North America. This city is celebrating 400 years of existence this year and is the Epitome of an American city since it has kept remnants of all era of the European presence in North America. Hence, it has been recognized as a UNESCO site, the only city of USA and Canada to be recognized as such. 

Why not fly to Montreal and then take the fast tilting trains to Quebec City ?
Also, I recommend to take the Bombardier built suburban trains that link the Airport to the city Center a much wiser way to travel.
